Permanent Stay Permit

Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) is granted to foreign nationals who intend to reside long-term in Indonesia. It is generally granted after obtaining a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) with the following criteria:

• Foreign couples who have been married to Indonesian citizens for at least 2 years,
• Children from mixed marriages between foreign citizens and Indonesian citizens,
• Foreign Workers (TKA) as the highest leaders in the company and holding ITAS for more than 4 consecutive years,
• Foreign Investors (PMA) with recommendations from the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and holding ITAS for more than 4 consecutive years.
